Free browser versions of the AAScan and PCRCloning programs, after a quick registration. Everything runs locally in your browser, and your sequences are never uploaded.
AAScan
Alanine-scanning mutagenesis. Designs partially overlapping primer pairs for every residue in a range (Ala→Gly, everything else→Ala).
PCR Cloning
Inserts a PCR fragment into a vector with overlapping ends. Designs vector and insert primers with overhangs on the insert, on the vector, balanced between them, or as megaprimers.
